March 21, 2023
Interested in helping build resilient landscapes and fire-safe communities through fostering collaboration? The Amador-Calaveras Consensus Group is looking for a new Administrator to foster the consensus-based decision-making process to further their mission of fire-safe communities, healthy forests and watersheds, and sustainable local economies.
Amador-Calaveras Consensus Group is an informal, community-based group of diverse stakeholders. The ACCG has approximately 30 members and meets the third Wednesday of each month.
The ACCG has an immediate need for an individual or company with administration skills to organize, manage, and document the monthly meetings, assist with similar duties for ACCG subcommittee meetings, and assist the group with communication and outreach. Qualified individuals will have good teamwork and collaboration skills, and experience running community meetings, establishing agendas, managing the website, and preparing minutes and correspondence. There is also opportunity to facilitate meetings, if desired.
The approximate workload is 30 hours per month. Interested individuals should contact Richard Sykes or Megan Layhee for further information. Pay is competitive and based on experience. To find out more about the ACCG, go to the collaborative’s website, and click here to view the job posting.
