The ACCG’s Strategic Landscape Assessment Work Group (SLAWG) is following up their December 2019 workshop and subsequent endeavors to develop a project inventory and landscape prioritization tool with a two-part e-workshop series this November and December. The workshops will provide participants with a thorough understanding of the Project Inventory & Landscape Prioritization Tool developed by Megan Layhee (GIS Consultant, Landmark Environmental/UMRWA) and the SLAWG, and also provide an opportunity for participants to provide feedback and suggestions on the products.

Please note that folks are highly encouraged to attend Part I of the workshop, which was held on Nov. 19th and then will be repeated on Dec. 3rd, and will provide an in-depth overview of the Mapper and Tool, including how it was developed and its intended application. Part II of the workshop on Dec. 11th, is optional and is geared toward individuals who want to gain an in-depth understanding of the GIS processes involved in the development, maintenance and upkeep of the products. Note: Access to ArcGIS software is not required to participate in this zoom workshop.
